Income: The landlord requires the total monthly income of all named tenants be equal to at  least  three times the proposed rent.

Credit Score:  A minium 650 credit score is required.

Landlord Reference:  We must be able to contact your current or immediatly past landlord.

Dogs that weigh 20 lbs or less are permitted.  There is an additional security deposit required and a montly pet fee of $50.  There is only one (1) dog permitted per unit.  Only certain units may host these pets. 

Use of the clubhouse, gym and pool.  Domestice water.  All snow removal, lawn maintenance and exterior cleaning. 

Tenant is responsible for all natural gas (used for heating and hotwater, clothes dryer), electic (lighting power, central airconditoning) cable tv, internet.
